It's too bad, since it was for AML patients who couldn't use other chemotherapy treatments.

Mylotarg was approved under one of the FDA's rapid approval programs (http://www.fda.gov/forconsumers/byaudience/forpatientadvocates/speedingaccesstoimportantnewtherapies/ucm128291.htm), but it was later found to increase mortality by 4 times.
