Our insurance has an $8,000 co-pay for sct. Does anyone know where we can get some assistance with this fee? I have found several places that assist with medications but none that help with the big amount. Thank you for any info you have and can share! Lori

Lori,

You may have already checked this out, but, just in case, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society has a co-pay assistance program. Details are here:

http://www.leukemia-lymphoma.org/all_page?item_id=452658

The Chronic Disease Fund does co-pay assistance:

AAMDS lists a bunch of programs here:

I know nothing at all about any of these programs, but thought I could at least save you some hunting, if you haven't checked these out already.

Take care!

Greg

Thank you Greg. I cannot believe there is an additional deductible for transplants! How do other people do it? I'll check these out. My husband tells me not to worry -- BUT! Thanks!!! Lori
