Dad in hospital for fever. Happened last month also, two weeks after Dacogen treatment. Red & white blood cell counts remain very low. Specifically neutrophils are below .1. Has anyone else had fever following Dacogen treatment? Was scheduled for bone marrow test today, had to post pone until after fever. Checking to see if blasts have gone down enough for transplant. Does anyone know the percentage of success with Dacogen at reducing blasts? White cells not recovering. Had two transfusions last month and two this month.
