Hi Cheryl,
You know Neulasta is long acting - you should not need more than one injection/week. Neupogen has only effect a few days - I have been taking one injection/day during 9 days once when my WBCs disappeared when I tried an iron chelating drug called Ferriprox. Both often give bone pain. Do remember that all pain killers can decrease platelets.

Thank you for the reply..I will discuss the pros and cons of both drugs when I return to M.D.Anderson next week..
