GVHD-treatments other than steroids

OK so the steroid Budesonide gave me relief from GI GVHD, however the side effects are intolerable.
Is anyone aware of any other treatment, or meds for mild-mid GI issues caused by GVHD?
(I am currently on Cyclosporine and Virconazole and just finished Cipro; all who multiply the side effects of the steroid on the body)

Hi, I don't have any personal knowledge, just something someone told me so please take it with a pinch of doubt.

A fellow patient who had a BM transplant told me that they had GI issues and they were taking fish oil with beneficial results. I don't know what other treatment they were on though.
