Dupuytren's and MDS or AML

This perhaps is a long shot , but has anyone seen a study of the connection between Dupuytren's and MDS/AML? I had the diseases become active during the same time period. I have seen the diseases represented in lists showing their similarities but haven't found a connection yet.
