I am exploring getting into a trial. Does anyone have experience with the above? I am 6 years into the MDS journey, and 3 weeks ago it moved to full blown AML. 52% blood blasts, 8% marrow blasts. I have decided not to do the transplant journey. I am 66 and it's all about quality of life for me, not necessarily quantity.
