I don't know what all the initials in your post mean but I have Aplastic Anemia with PNH. I am near Reading ,PA. My thoughts are with you.

Hi Kamara. I had a BMT for PNH 4 yrs ago. I had symptoms for a very long time before then, but I ignored them until I got to the point where my HGB was abt 7.4! I have some fairly mild GVHD, but it has been well managed by my doctor and associated medical staff. A lot of tests, a lot of meds and a lot of appointments, but both my doctor and I agree that my experience has been good, all things considered. Please let us know how you are doing.
