A free one-day patient and family forum will be held in San Antonio, TX, on Saturday, November 18, 2017. The forum will be hosted by the MDS Foundation (http://www.mds-foundation.org/). It is one of 10 patient and family forums scheduled for 2017.
Attendees will hear from leading MDS experts. Breakfast and lunch are included.
