A symposium (http://www.bmtinfonet.org/dallas2008) for bone marrow, stem cell, and cord blood transplant survivors, sponsored by BMT InfoNet (http://www.bmtinfonet.org/), will be held on Saturday-Sunday, September 20-21, 2008, in Dallas, Texas.
The program is designed for transplant survivors, parents of pediatric survivors, caregivers or family members who support transplant survivors, and health care professionals who work with transplant patients.
