Hi everyone,has anyone tried anything other than medications for iron overload?such as wheat grass etc??My ferritenin only just 1065 and i thought i might try an alternative for now as it is only slightly elevated.thanks heaps..aussie danielle

Here's link to the thread on wheat grass. John did try it but didn't seem to have helped him. But you can decide after reading through the thread. Lots of comments on it.
