AML Treatment options

Hi Friends,
My mother was diagnosed with MDS on August 2012. She was treated with Decitibine(6 cycles) then. Blast count reduced to 1% from 16% after the treatment. We thought she was cured. But after 2.5 years, she is diagnosed with AML(M1) recently.
We dont want to put her on chemotherapy this time as it cant cure the disease permanently also has adverse side effects.

Anyone can plz suggest me any other treatment option is available for AML other than chemotherapy,BMT which will cure the disease permanently.

any quick suggestions will be helpful as we dont have much time left.

Thanks in Advance,
Rakesh.
