Hi ill!
You know to get the dx MDS you have to have misshaped (dysplastic) cells in the bone marrow. You can't get the dx if your doctor only have seen cells from the blood.

You get the dx low risk MDS if there is less than 5% blast cells (immature cells) in the bone marrow and high risk MDS if there is 5% or more blast cells in the bone marrow.

Your HGB, WBC and platelets are OK so we hope you don't have MDS :)!
Kind regards

Hi ill!
You know high LDH, high billirubin and hypersegmented neutrophils can depend on many diseases.

As I wrote Before: Hopefully you don't have MDS.
Kind regards
