looking for hemotolgist in boynton beach fl

Live in ny n my husband was dx with mds this july.Started vidaza n will be going to florida for the winter n need to find a doctor to administer vidaza n to follow up and work with ny doctor.Any one live in south fl and have any suggestions?????
