Tartan Trailblazers March for Marrow Walk/5K Fun Run, May 15, 2016
 
The Tartan Trailblazers March for Marrow Walk/5K Fun Run, a fundraising and awareness event to benefit the AA&MDSIF, will take place on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at Bald Mountain State Recreation Area, north of Detroit, Michigan. It will be a powerful, uplifting walk and run promoting community awareness about bone marrow failure diseases and raising essential funds for AA&MDSIF patient programs and services.

The event will include:
  • March for Marrow Walk
  • March for Marrow 5K Fun Run
  • Team photos
  • Silent auction
  • Book drive
  • 50/50 Raffle
  • Inspirational speakers
  • Group photo
  • Moment of Remembrance
  • Awards
  • Light refreshments and light lunch

Registration

You can register for the event and/or donate to one of the fundraising teams. Please help spread the word about this fundraiser. 100% of all donations through go directly to the AA&MDSIF.

Onsite registration begins at 11:00am. The Walk and 5K Fun Run start at 12:15pm, after welcoming comments. The program will continue afterward and end with a farewell at 2:00pm.

The registration fee is $30 per person for the Walk and/or 5K Fun Run. Virtual Walkers (supporters who won't be at the event) are the same price: $30.

Each Walker and Virtual Walker is encouraged to set a personal fundraising goal and invite friends and family members to sponsor you online.
