Connecticut Community of Hope

We are looking to begin meeting as soon as there is interest and agreement on timing and location. Let me know if you have thoughts on either, or visit our Facebook page to weigh in.

Quick introduction:
My son, who is 16 and healthy now, was diagnosed with Very Severe AA at age 8. He was treated in NC with ATG/cyclosporine in January 2004 and had recovered by the end of that year. We moved to CT in 2005, and he has had no problems since. He participated in a few clinical trials post-treatment. I have been a conscientious platelet donor and AAMDSIF Peer Network Volunteer for several years.

Please be in touch; I welcome contact from you if you need support or would like to help with coordination and/or events.
