Registration Opens for AA&MDSIF 2009 Patient & Family Conference
The Aplastic Anemia & MDS International Foundation (AA&MDSIF) 2009 Patient & Family Conference is now open for registration. You can register online or by calling the Foundation at (301) 279-7202, option "3".
Registration is free for those who register by Tuesday June 5, 2009, and book their rooms directly through the hotel. When making hotel reservations, mention that you are attending the AA&MDSIF conference (see codes below) to get the special conference rate. Conference meals are included in registration. Featured speakers and the daily schedule can be viewed on the AA&MDSIF Conference Agenda page. In addition to general sessions, breakout sessions, and workshops, this year there will also be:

The deadline for free Patient Conference registration and the $149 hotel rate has been extended to June 24. If you stay at the conference hotel, your conference registration and all meals and conference materials will be free.
