Clothes for port access

They have made fleece jackets with zippers for easier port access. They don't have a lot to choose from but I thought some may find it helpful.

I have no ties to this company.

Great idea

Hubby always wants to bundle up 'cause he gets cold so easily, but then he has to practically undress to get labs drawn, or injections or infusions, or blood pressure, or whatever. This looks like it allows for all of that.

I had recently come across a local company offering "wellness wear" to help patients stay warm and comfortable during treatments . . . not the same access idea, but the warm cozy thought. I'm considering the leg and arm warmers for hubby, but haven't seen them yet. The gift shop at our hospital carries them, just haven't gotten by yet.

I'm just glad that someone is giving this some thought.

Nice designs and very helpful for the long and cooling infusions we experience.

Where I am treated, the out-patient unit has a very nice set-up for warming blankets. Particularly handy for quick warm-ups when IV needles are fooled by us older guys with rolling veins.
