I'm having terrible cramps in my hands have had them in my feet and legs before but not my hands, is this part of old age or MDS I wonder I have multi vitamins etc any suggestions
DX RCMD-RA on Vidaza had 11 months :confused:

I would recommend getting your Magnesium checked.

Also make sure you are having enough salt in your diet. Even a pinch of salt can relieve cramps sometimes.

Definitely get your electrolytes checked in addition to your magnesium. For some reason, magnesium is not included in a chem panel. An imbalance in electrolytes can impact joints and muscles. A good Celtic Sea or Himalayan Salt are good choices in that they provide many trace minerals that are missing from regular table salt.
