Ornish OP Ed on Diet guidelines
Dean Ornish article on diet, studies include suggestions that it can lengthen telomeres a lengthy thread on that topic is in the forums. Personally I followed the ornish diet for a while, dropped some weight, but my blood counts also dropped. Vegan was not for me but the general guidelines I find compelling, less stress, no processed foods, exercise. It's very important to supplement with B12 if you go on a vegan diet. Did you do that, Tom?
