MDS, dermatomyositis, systemic sclerosis

I was on IVIG for 2 yrs, until it was no longer effective for me. I have now started Rituxan . I have gone every week for 4 weeks. My last treatment was yesterday. Doc says next treatment will prob be 3/6 months depending on how I'm doing. I have not seen a difference as yet. I was wondering if anyone has MDS with autoimmune disease. My MDS is a B-Cell problem. My mother passed from Leukemia 6 yrs ago. Started with MDS, progressed to CML then AML. I have had terrible soaking night sweats for over a yr, How long before I see a difference with the rituxan.? It is the last drug for me as I have tried all the immunosuppressive meds.
