Bone Marrow Transplant Questions

I am interested to hear from anyone who has knowledge of anyone who has had a bone marrow transplant at a VA hospital.Also any info on what costs I can look at after the procudure is complete. I am looking at going to either cilivan or VA hospital. Thank you
