The AA&MDSIF has always advised patients that some form of regular exercise is important for their physical health and that they should discuss a daily exercise plan and sports participation with their doctor, adjusting their plan according to their blood counts.
The AA&MDSIF makes specific suggestions in their October 2009 eBulletin: If you have a very low red blood cell count:As always, you and your doctor should work together toward your personal health goals. |
