I looked this up a few weeks ago but did not see anything that had been completed for MDS. I imagine that if you have any indication of JAK2 it may have some positive results, but from what I understand, JAK2 is not that common in MDS.
There are some theories about the JAK1/2 and even JAK3 have some role in various cancers. It is mostly being looked at for Myelofibrosis, but is also being investigated for Multiple Myeloma and Lymphoma. Not sure that is what you were looking for, but it does sum up the research that I have done thus far. Dan |
Thanks Dan...we met a fellow that is on this study in Toronto....he is doing really well with it...not much info out there on this....YM Biosciences is doing the study and trial....
