I'm so glad to hear that you got your counts back with the CsA alone! It was Dr Paquette of UCLA that gave me this option and I will be forever grateful to him for saving me from another round of ATG (even though my experience with it was mild compared to many posts on this forum).

Male, 56, dx Nov2006 VSAA (BMA:0%). Responded to ATG/CsA/Prednisone/Neupogen Dec 2006, but relapsed in June 2007. Counts are responding to using CsA 200mg bid alone since Jun 2008. Last PRBC tx: Jul 2008.
