Question Vomiting Blood?

I'm guessing this isn't a good thing, but could there be a relation to the MDS? It has only happened once and my hubby is feeling better, but still kind of out of sorts. His last blood counts were pretty good . . . about 10 days ago . . . platelets right at the edge of normal. Since then, had a cystoscopy (Tuesday), so he has been peeing blood, too, but that has cleared up. Cysto showed a suspicious spot so there has been stress with that . . . but the cytology cleared it and we got that word on Friday . . . same day as he had the blood in vomiting. Any thoughts?
