Perhaps your father has too low counts to get the full dose of Vidaza. His doctor could delay the injections and give your father a lower dose. You know some members of this forum has received 50 mg/kvm body surface instead of 75 mg during 10 days instead of 5 or 7 days with positive effect.
Yes, we can bleed from nose, mouth and intestines without petechia. You know we have about 5 l blood so a nose bleeding hardly ever is dangerous.
