Dear Beth,
I really can't offer anything from a medical standpoint. Just know you and Earl are in my thoughts.
With this disease, things can look so dire and then they will slowly start to improve. I pray this will be the case with Earl.
He is very blessed to have such a supportive and knowledgeable wife.
