Here is a study about Dacogen after Vidaza.

As you can see 5 of 25 patients achieved stable disease. Since we still don't know which patients that will respond we can always try Dacogen.
Otherwise patients that fail Vidaza are recommended to participate in clinical trials for example with Rigosertib.
