Hi, Bobbye.
Neulasta (pegfligrastim) is a long-lasting version of
Neupogen (filgrastim). Both are made by Amgen, Inc. As far as I know, they can both be used with and without chemo. The advantage of Neulasta is that it doesn't have to be administered as often. However, Neupogen may be a little less expensive.
