Just my annual update. Nice and stable, but after the big reboot, I'm back to where I was. My MCV is high, my reticulocytes are low. My reds and whites/neuts are low normal, whilst my platelets are good.
Other chronic issues such as pain etc have taken over from my blood in terms of focus these days.
