As you have heard before the drs at Moffitt are world famous for their knowledge about low platelets. If they think Prednisone 100 mg/day during a period is better in your case than platelet transfusions they have reliable facts to support that decision. Hope your platelets will stay at the high level a long time and that you will get rid of the pneumonia soon
