megaloblasts?

I'm having slighly low counts across the board on my cbc's. My dr. performed 2 biopsies. The first one, they dry tapped about 3 times before finally getting a sample and that sample turned up too hypocellular to make any determinations. The second biopsy they took from my other side and it was cellular. They found an increase in megaloblasts, but my dr. said that they seem to be maturing ok. From what I've read, megaloblasts are described as abnormally large red blood cells that are immature. It is also described as something commonly occuring with those who are B12 or folate deficient, which I have been tested for and shown to have normal amounts of. I'm just a little perplexed by this. Has anyone else come across this?
