Myeloblast in blood question

Hello,
I am new here and I am not sure what to make of a recent test.

Long story short, I woke up one morning with a black eye and no injury-my eyelid. I also had dried blood in my ear a few days earlier. So I went to a clinic and asked for a blood test. Everything came back normal range except eosinophils. Clinic said allergies. I went to allergist who said go to hematologist just to make sure.

I go and they do a flow cytometry on my blood. Good news is no cancer but there are myeloblasts in my blood. I am supposed to go back in a couple of months to redo the blood test--flow cytometry and possibly a bone marrow biopsy.

The lab report is quite foreign to me. I did not speak to the dr, and just had his office fax me the labs. He left me a voice mail saying to come back in a few months, etc., it was out of the ordinary but a very small amount.

My questions to the forum: are these tests accurate? is it ever ok to have myeloblasts, even in small amounts, in the blood?

Thank you in advance.
