Dear Friends,
I am writing to ask you to join me in my fundraising efforts in support of the Aplastic Anemia & International MDS Foundation. My goal is to find 100 people willing to "vote" in support of it.
I was diagnosed with MDS back in 1999, while a full-scholarship Bulgarian student at Harvard College. Ten years later, my long and painful journey as an MDS patient is over, thanks to a life-saving bone marrow transplant at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston.
Organizations like the Aplastic Anemia & MDS International Foundation make a huge difference in the lives of patients like myself and many others. They provide information to patients and families, support the search for a cure and inspire hope.
