My bloodwork from seeing a hematologist just posted online and I obviously can't call them. Should I be concerned if all of my retulities(I apologize for not know to spell it off hand) are high?

I went there because of high ferritin and iron.

Basically I just want to know if higher numbers would concerning on this particular test.
