I'm having to change my method of birth control as well. I have the Implanon implant, but I will get my period for 21 straight days some times. My doctor didn't like that, so I am going to have the implant removed and he is putting me on a progesterone injection that will stop my period. Maybe the injection is a better option than oral contraceptives? It may be worth asking your doctor.
