Typically the BMB reports tell you what you currently have in terms of cytogenetic abnormalities. You may want to see if there is additional language elsewhere in the report that use the language "in addition to"

Based on what you wrote, it looks like the list of abnormalities is probably complete, so basing your IPSS on the current report seems appropriate, although it is probably unusual for translocations like you had in the earlier report to disappear.

My inclination is to use the current data to assess IPSS.
