Honey the same thing happened to my Mum years ago. She had an angiogram done through her groin. The next day she told me she had a sore calf. I had to go to work so I told my Dad that I thought Mum might have a DVT and to take her to the local hospital ED.

I rang later in the day and Dad told me that they'd gone to the ED but the doctor said it was nothing and sent her home. I got one of the doctors I worked
with to write a referral for Mum to gave a Doppler scan. When I got home from work I took her to have the scan privately. Well, you guessed it, she had a DVT.

She ended up in hospital on a heparin infusion then home on Clexane injections then three months on Warfarin.

You have to go with your instinct. If they say nothing's wrong, push harder.

Hope you get better soon.
