The data I have seen suggests Revlimid response rates as high as 25% amongst folks without 5q -- those weren't necessarily Complete Remission, of course, but instead improved counts in one or more lines.
My Doc at The National Institutes of Health (US) mentioned to me that Monosomy 7 is a particularly stubborn abnormality -- hard to get a response and a strong possibility of progression to AML. Are you a candidate for transplant?
