Hi David,

I agree you should see a hematologist. They will be better equipped than your family doctor to diagnose what's going on. You might not need a BMB at this time, depending on what they can determine from blood analysis. If a BMB is suggested, discuss your concerns, financial or otherwise, with the hematologist. Ask why they are recommending and what they're looking for.
