Is that her way of saying you do have AA?? "Looks like" and "you have" mean different things but perhaps not in docspeak. Most of the Docs I meet have a habit of talking a lot without saying much or displaying any emotion, poker faces. It is a great idea to empower yourself so you can understand what she's saying and respond intelligently and ask questions. I agree on the "DocSpeak". Sometimes I think they talk like lawyers to limit their liability. I have not gotten a second opinion but am considering it before starting treatment.
