Bone marrow trasplant vs CORD blood trasplant
What Are the differences between a Bmt and a CORD blood transplant in aplastic anemia?.
Is a CORD blood trasplant also succesful in aplastic anemia??
I dont have a bone marrow donor. My doctor said to me that with a CORD trasplant they cant give me guarantees but i know that there are hospitals that make CORD trasplants with godo results.
Please, help me!!
