I have tried to make the results more easy to understand - if there are some difficult words you can ask again.
Results 13 patients:
4 patients achieved a complete bone marrow response – no dysplasia.
1 patient experienced a partial bone marrow response.
3 patients maintained stable disease.
5 patients experienced disease progression, including 4 patients who developed AML.
Response to Estybon treatment was seen in all risk types of MDS.
Of the 6 patients with trisomy 8, 2 patients maintained stable disease. They experienced a reduction in the number of cells with the trisomy 8 mutation (65 percent to 15 percent in one patient, and 80 percent to 13 percent in the other patient).
