Thanks again. It seems like telomeres are kind of a hot commodity in the research world these days. I noted in one thing I ready that the folks who sorted out the whole telomerase deal won a Noble Prize in 2009,. so that probably caught a lot of folks' attention.

I admire you persistence with diet. I am such a diet slob. Not that I eat a lot of bad stuff, but I'm not very disciplined at sticking to a program.

I'm going to check out the Ornish stuff and the links you provided, now that I know for sure I have tiny telomeres.
