Hi hma,

I am not a doctor, but in my view, based on the data that you provided, it doesn't look like you currently have AA or MDS. You may be fighting/recovering from a virus, which can lower all counts. You may want to look further into the Hepatitis B result. It also may also be worthwhile to run tests for arsenic or heavy metals.
