I did a lot of investigating of natural therapies when I was first diagnosed with RAEB2 and was needing a transplant. The most hopeful was a hospital in Germany where complementary medicine is used, along with conventional medicine, to treat patients before and after transplants. Unfortunately I've lost the email I sent and received from one particular hospital, but here's a link to a group of treatment centres - Very expensive, as you can imagine!
Dx MDS RAEB 10% blasts + hypogammaglobulinemia, Sep 2011. Jan 2012 BMB - blasts down to 2% w/out treatment so BMT cancelled. Re-diagnosis RCMD. Watch and wait from Feb 2012. IVIg 5-weekly. New diagnosis Oct 2019 AML 23% blasts in marrow, 10% blasts in peripheral blood.
