donna,

i have seen a few instances where rituxan has been used for mds patients post transplant. most commonly when there is some degree of cd20 positive cells, or it is sometimes used to address post-transplant ITP. i believe that another member is going through this treatment currently post-transplant. you might try searching the posts for rituxan.
