Thank u for your thoughts. I am wondering if it may be both of those things u mentioned. I am no longer on Pred but not sure how long it stays in your body. Went off it a few months ago. Anyhow, will keep plodding on... it isn't a life threatening symptom! Thanks again.

Julie (38yrs); dx AA 1996 & treated w/ATG, cyclosporine & G-CSF; 2010 dx int-1 secondary MDS, low platelets, on prevention antibiotics, fevers of unknown origin, MUD found for BMT when the time is right, which is now! MDS transformed to AML after many infections.
