Mr. Freeman,

The drill is far superior to the manual method as far as I am concerned. I have had 8 biopsies, the last half with the drill. You are in and out within about 45 minutes with the drill, no sedation. Sedation takes you about 2-3 hours, then you feel off most of the day.

The doctors have also had a much easier time with me because i have hard hip bones, so they had given up on core samples manually. Residual pain also tends to be much lower for me - an average of 1-2 days instead of 5-7.
